The Series
Three levels.  One Continuous Arc.

Format:  6 sessions.  6 weeks.  6-10 participants.  In-person or virtual.

The foundation course for new professionals and first-time leaders.  Covers the full STEP Model™, introduces all Four Pillars™ and teaches 13 working tools.  Assumes no prior formal training.  The focus is showing up, finding your footing and operating with confidence and clarity.

For professionals who found their footing and are ready to play a bigger game.  Moves participants from executing well to operating strategically - covering influence, systems thinking, and navigating complex professional moments.  Assumes Lead Before You're Ready foundation. 

 

Designed for professionals ready for the next level of leadership.  

For leaders moving into team leadership and organizational roles.  The focus shifts from individual development to building systems and cultures that develop others at scale.  The natural progression from Lead Before You're Ready or Lead Into Something Bigger.
