Raise Your Hand Leadership™

Our Mission

Raise Your Hand Leadership™ exists to develop the people most programs overlook — giving them repeatable systems, skills that hold their value, and the capability to lead before the crisis arrives, at a price that puts it within reach of anyone willing to raise their hand.

Practical
Purposeful
Accessible

I started my career cautiously, observing before speaking up.  Then I began raising my hand -- saying yes before I was ready, stepping beyond my experience, and learning through trial and error.  No mentor.  No roadmap.  Just instinct and persistence.  This program is everything I wish someone had handed me at the start.

When I moved into management, I needed my team to take ownership, make decisions and carry responsibility.  But I saw the same gaps that I had experienced myself.  Talented people weren't struggling from lack of accountability -- they were struggling from lack of frameworks.  So, I began intentionally developing leaders throughout my path.  I focus on behaviors, skills, and tools that define a leader.  I started teaching an agile framework that fits most professional situations.

The moment that changed everything.

Three months into his first professional job, my son was running an entire department alone.

01  New professionals figuring it out alone.

Raise Your Hand Leadership™ is built for

No documentation.  No handoff.  No safety net.  A restructuring had wiped out the people who knew how anything worked.  He called me -- a lot.  What I realized, watching him work through each situation, was that the guidance itself was the difference.  His talent and work ethic were never the question.  The question was whether someone was in his corner with a framework at the moment he needed one.

Most people do not have that person.  Other formal programs aren't designed for new professionals.

02  First-time managers closing leadership gaps

03  Anyone who thought "I wish someone told me that sooner."

04  Organizations the big programs were never built for

That's why I built Raise Your Hand Leadership™.

Everyone ready to raise their hand.
